On 12/15/2023 at 11:15 am, the driver of trailer #361145 and truck #100467 was asked to move his truck as he was blocking a fire lane and obstructing the entry way to a property. The driver refused and then made threats of physical violence toward myself and a co-worker, used profane, vulgar, and derogatory language toward me. The police department was contacted and the incident was reported. The address of the location is 500 Elmira Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687.

Getting no response tells me that this company is not professional. Why are they avoiding me? Extremely rude, they are hiding something. They have numerous problems of public record, fines and massive company wide signs of imminent bankruptcy.

Its easy to hate US Foods management & employees today. The employees staged a walkout leaving countless food service providers unable to conduct their business. The employees are punishing the very professionals that generate the revenue, we are blameless for their grievance, yet we are the people most adversely impacted by their strike. Management knew of this looming threat a week ago and SAID NOTHING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS thus making the damage worse! Hours after pallets of regularly scheduled items were scheduled to arrive, we phoned and were told of the walkout. Gee, thanks negligent sales rep for not telling us this was taking place so we could prepare for it by requesting a Saturday delivery and making plans to purchase ingredients elsewhere during your internal feud. Clearly both sides deserve each other, and I hope you all suffer greatly but it still wont come close to matching the damage youve inflicted on the loyal customer base you just screwed over. Your competition will be the big beneficiary of your actions. We will NEVER FORGET the pain you inflicted on us today. Never. Shame on you.

I'm Mike Westbrook (Police Officer/ Columbia County School District) currently assigned @ Brookwood Elementary School 455 South Old Belair Rd Grovetown, GA. On 12/1/2023 @ 8:23am, I observed a US Food Driver/ Truck speeding in a school safety zone (25mph) with yellow flashing lights going (35 to 40mph). I was not in a position to see any numbers on the speeding truck. I wanted to pass this unsafe condition along in case you have a constant unsafe driver on the roads that needs to be dealt with. Yes, I was harassed on the road by an aggressive US Food driver. I would like to describe this complaint and share driver information.

The delivery guy that delivers to folly beach crab shack July 25th am is the guy who is dumping wooden pallets on crab shacks property. There is literally 15-20 pallets dumped by your driver on this date. He has been doing this for a while. No one has resolved the issue so the business might have to take legal steps to have something done. Please contact the head chef at folly beach crab shack immediately

*** delivery,Preparing for a 77 day trip, The whole order botched up.Specificly ordered All sorts of beans DRY,They delivered in #10 cans,This is one of the many shitbrained stunts they pull off.One reason is,that we pull into port for 24-36 hrs so they get away with it,This is a $18,000 order.The Rep who I suspect is mentally impaired,or florida educated.Told us that "yeah,we have dried beans"They know that we have our backs to the wall in reciving these stores and no time to really control the delivery.

Driver that delivers to the restaurant next to our business parks directly in front instead of in the rear where other deliveries take place. There are no safety cones placed and he parks in the drive lane and blocks one of the parking lot turn lanes and the view as you drive around the parking stalls. I have asked him to park in the back and his reply is "I am the delivery driver and know my job". Not much of an explaination other than too lazy to drive around back. It is approximately the same distance to the door either way and would not cause any safety issues in the lot.

I have had a problem with US food in the last 3 orders I have made but this last one was the worst. I ordered Beef Tenderloin Angus PSMO and the first delivery was short by half of the order because even though the box said 2 5LB only 1 5Lb was delivered in each box, so I had them ship me the rest but this time I received twice as much as I needed??? go figure I also ordered baby carrots that are fancy with the end (green part) still attached to it but what I received is Large carrots that were shaved to a medium-size nothing as promised and I was told there are 25 pieces in each and what I got was 65 in each so I still have 9 cases left: angry: No apologize no refund on the carrots... I will never order from US food ever again.

On highway 10 East going towards Jacksonville Florida this trucker run me off the road. He almost hit me and another car

I am a 72-year-old woman with congestive heart failure. Yesterday, the driver of a truck with trailer no. 5Y40970, license plate no. A100337 had just arrived at The Hub on SR30A (near Panama City Beach) with deliveries at approximately 4:20 PM (CT) when I arrived at the entrance to my garage. He was parked in a "no parking" zone. The driver saw me open the garage and turn on my blinker, but instead of pulling forward so that I could enter, he proceeded to load up his hand truck and exit on the ramp at the end of the truck. Thinking that was his only delivery, I remained waiting for him to return and leave. Instead, he returned, looked at me again and went up into the truck and disappeared for several minutes. I attempted to squeeze into my garage but was unable to do so because of the limited space that he was blocking. All I needed was for him to pull forward about 5 feet. When I backed up so that other cars could drive past, I apparently was close to the end of the ramp extending from the truck. Eventually, he came down the ramp with other boxes, but this time, he stopped next to my car, opened my passenger side door and asked "Is that really necessary?" I was shocked that he would confront me, but tried to explain that I was trying to let other cars pass and needed to get into my garage because of the thunderstorm that had arrived since all of this began. But he slammed my car door shut and waved me off and went back into the truck. He came back with another load down the ramp and opened my passenger door again. I was so shocked that I can't remember what he said at that time, but he wouldn't let me explain anything (not that I really needed to). My neighbor arrived home at this point and helped me to guide my car safely into my garage. Had this driver been helpful, this problem would not have occurred in the first place. Instead, I felt threatened by his actions. And now that he knows where I live, I feel the need to alert my family and friends about the incident for fear that he may seek retribution on me or my home if US Food Service disciplines him. I was finally able to enter my garage with my neighbor's help around 5:10 PM. His truck was still parked outside my garage when I closed my garage door. I don't want any trouble from this man. I believe he could be a threat to someone and wonder whether he would have confronted a man in the same way he confronted me. Thank you very much.

Driver was rude when dropping off truck. He kicked empty boxes down hallway as if he were mad. I believe his name is Chuck. New driver requested because he is always rude. Would rather not deal with him.

I have complained at least a half a dozen times and each time am assured it will not happen again. Not only is it illegal for these large trucks to travel on this street, it is also dangerous as it is curvy and hilly. The trucks routinely exceed the posted 25 MPH speed limit.
