The company blocked our order reasoning we were "delinquent".They received our payment 3 days earlier, but it had not passed through their defective system.
The company would not even take the order until we cleared it with their credit department. in other words i had to work for them unpaid to clear up their error. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly since they are the only approved supplier for our chain. I spent hours on something that should take minutes.
All employees arrogant, disrespectful, rude, nasty, stupid, sloppy, slow, and unable to navigate their time wasting phone system. The drivers are great!
All the people in the offices, especially Richard Frye, horrible people.The company has gotten too big and they don't care about you the customer.
